Your order confirmation may be sent a few minutes after you submit the order. You might want to check your “Spam” folder, as the email may have slipped into there. If no email has reached you, please contact Customer Services.
Will my order be delivered in a Shocking Pink box?
All orders are delivered in a shocking pink box and tied with a ribbon, save in the case of a few exceptions, such as very large items.
Will my order be in gift packaging?
Your purchases will be delivered in a shocking pink box, save in the case of a few exceptions, such as very large items.
Can I add a personal message to my gift order?
It is possible to include a include a gift card with your order by selecting the “add message” option at the delivery stage and entering your message.
Can I include a gift receipt with my gift order?
When ordering, simply tick the “include gift receipt” box at the delivery stage. A gift receipt that does not show the price will then be automatically inserted into your parcel. A duplicate of the original invoice with price can also be downloaded directly from your customer account.
What are the delivery costs?
Delivery is free, except for:
- orders delivered by courier (€30-60, depending on the item ordered)
- orders delivered by Express (€25)
Our orders are shipped by Fedex or UPS for all deliveries in France and internationally
What are your delivery times?

Delivery within 2 hours within central Paris only
Standard within 2 to 10 working days, depending on destination

Do you deliver to a PO box?
No delivery will be made to a PO box, with the exception of deliveries to the United Arab Emirates.
Can you deliver my parcel through my letter box?
For security reasons, every Schiaparelli.com parcel is delivered in person to the recipient. No parcel will be posted through a letter box.
Is a signature required to take delivery of my order?
The recipient is required to sign upon receipt of your parcel.
Can I arrange delivery to my hotel?
Yes. To do this, please enter the name of the hotel in the “company” field and specify this information in the “Delivery instructions” field when entering your delivery address. Indicate the dates of your stay in the hotel in this same field so Customer Services can check our ability to deliver to you within the given timeframes. If this is not the case, we will contact you to let you know.
What payment methods are accepted on the website Schiaparelli.com?
You can pay for your purchases by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, China Union Pay (CUP)), and also the Alipay and PayPal payment methods. You must indicate your credit or debit card number and its expiry date, as well as the security code, on the page provided for this purpose. In case of payment with Alipay or PayPal, you will be redirected to the websites of these services and follow the usual procedures.
Is my payment secure?

Do you accept international payment cards?
We do accept international payment cards. However, when you submit your order, you must enter your international billing address which is linked to your credit card.
Can I order using someone else’s bank card?
Yes; in this case please specify the billing address associated with this card.
When will my credit card be debited?
Cards are not debited until the order is confirmed. However, it may be that part of the amount displayed is blocked upon submission of the order.
What is the security code on my credit card?
This code will be asked of you upon submission of your order. It is a unique code which secures online transactions for payments by bank card, which is shown:
- either on the back of your credit card in the signature strip. It is composed of 3 digits (e.g. Visa or MasterCard),
- or on the front and above your card number. It is then composed of 4 digits (e.g. American Express).
How can I return or exchange an item bought on the website Schiaparelli.com?
You can return any product ordered on the website Schiaparelli.com for an exchange or refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date. Returned products must be accompanied by their purchase invoice, or a copy in the case of partial return.

Product can be returned for exchange or refund free of charge using our prepaid returns label system.
How to send a return?
Log in to your account and click on “Contact us”. Follow the instructions, which will enable you:
- to select the order number containing the items to be returned, and the reason for your return

If you cannot or do not wish to use the prepaid label service, please contact Customer Services, who will register your return.

In this case, it is your responsibility to prove that the goods have been returned, and to return them using an approved carrier of your choice, which will provide proof of sending and delivery. The costs of return of the goods will be your responsibility. Schiaparelli is not responsible for items returned to Schiaparelli.com that have been lost, wrongly delivered, or delivered late by a carrier of your choice. It is your responsibility to cover all risks of these returns, as well as the expenses, insurance, and shipping costs linked to these returns.
Can I return or exchange a gift purchased on the website Schiaparelli.com? Can the person receiving a gift request an exchange?

Only an exchange for an item of equivalent or higher value (the price difference then being due by you or the recipient of the gift) is possible. The beneficiary of the gift must contact Customer Services at Schiaparelli.com by telephone or by email via the “Contact us”, and they will then be sent a prepaid returns label.
