BOTH EERIE AND ELEGANT, BECOMES AN EVERYDAY LUXURY.
Salvador Dali and Elsa Schiaparelli’s famed “Skeleton Dress” from 1938, known for its raised fabric bones made from a Trapunto quilting technique, has been synonymous with the storied House. The exquisite piece of history now comes alive throughout the ready-to-wear collection. Ribs become gilded and braided, as if they are tracing the body, while three-dimensional bones give a trompe l'oeil effect, almost hugging the silhouette. Enclothe yourself in a surreal vision that brings the structured past into the present and beyond.
